The Florida Youth Foundation’s Mentorship Program is designed to empower young individuals by connecting them with experienced mentors. Program Structure
The Mentorship Program is structured to provide consistent support and growth opportunities:

- Program Duration: Typically runs for 6 to 12 months.
- Core Activities: Goal-setting workshops, skill-building sessions, career exposure, community service projects, creative activities, and reflection exercises.
- Mentor-Mentee Pairing: Based on shared interests and goals, with an orientation session.
- Progress Monitoring: Monthly check-ins, feedback surveys, and celebration events.
