What to expect
🧭 What to Expect
Clear Objectives: Every meeting should have a defined purpose—whether it's to make decisions, review progress, brainstorm, or plan next steps.
Collaborative Agenda: Expect a shared agenda where participants can add talking points, questions, or updates ahead of time.
Active Participation: Everyone is expected to contribute meaningfully. Passive attendance isn’t the vibe.
Time-Conscious Flow: Meetings are structured to respect time—quick updates first, deeper discussions next, and clear wrap-ups with action items.
